General Rules

1. Strictly one account per person. Multiple accounts by the same person will be banned.
2. The game is owned by Rhinos, so anything he says goes
3. Most rules do not apply to Managers, however they will always treat you with respect
4. If you have found a bug or exploit in the game you must report it. Abusers will be jailed/banned
5. Most results of rule breaking incidents will result with a jail sentence and on extreme occasions a permanent ban
6. A Manager can change your account in any ways without reason. (Although a large change will be given a reason)
7. Usernames should not contain anything offensive (swearing, imitating, etc)
8. You must be 18 or have the consent of your parents(if 15-18)

In-game rules

1. Members must always respect eachother, including staff. Immatureness will result in jailtime and/or a permanent ban
2. There will be no disrespect to people and there will never be any discrimination against any type of religion, race or sex between members
3. Members names must be kept clean and not offend anyone. Impersonating staff names will result in jailtime
4. No macros can be used at all for any purpose
5. Members that attempt to hack the game in any way to gain advantages over others, will receive a permanent ban
6. You cannot abuse any bugs. Doing so will result in account deletion/reset or an IP ban. Rewards will be given if any are to be found and sent to an admin
7. If a player is leaving they cannot send you any of their items. If they do you will be jailed. This includes the selling of cash
8. Your account is the property of Gangta, we can delete or alter accounts at any time we please for no apparent reason
9. You cannot sell your account out of game, this is considered to be illegal and will result in account deletion
10. Multi-accounts is strictly forbidden and anyone found to have multiple accounts will have all but one deleted and jailtime
11. Any cases of any kind will be dealt with by staff and punishments can be given if we see that is the appropriate measure
12. You must not harass any members within the game. Cases will be dealt with
13. Any form of abuse between members will be dealt with by staff and punishments can be given if we see fit
14. Trades must be fair and unfair trades can be seen as using multiple accounts to gain an advantage, even if it involves two (or more) completely different people
15. Abuse of referals will result in jailtime
16. Do not make threats to harm this game, all we want to do is share this experience with you all
17. Bribery is a no no, you must not break any rules regardless of what anyone has said
18. You must not abuse the VIP market. Trades must be fair. It should only be used for trading VIP for cash or steroids. Do not manipulate it so that you are only trading steroids or cash. This will result in prison time
19. Profile text rules: Images must not stretch the layout too much. The total height of your profile must not be more than 400 pixels. A maximum of 3 images can be used in your profile

If you break these rules at all then your account can be jailed, deleted, or given an IP ban. Any VIP packages bought will not be refunded as you read the agreement as you signed up for the VIP service.

Forum and chat rules

1. Spamming, flooding and double-posting is not allowed, neither is a post with excessive use of capital letters
2. Please do not advertise other games on this site, keep it gangta-related
3. No complaining about messages being deleted that you have made
4. Please refrain from swearing or using sexual-related expressions in a post
5. No posting of pornographic images and/or rude jokes
6. Racism, sexism and anything else related will not be tolerated in chat, on the boards or in imails
7. Flaming towards staff or players is not tolerated
8. Forum Moderators have control for a reason, anything they say should not be argued against. They give you respect in return of yours
9. No off-topic posting, keep discussions relevant to the forum and topic you are posting in
10. No abusing the image tag. Big images will be edited out
11. If someone is banned from the forums, chat, or imailing they cannot get someone else to send their message for them. The person that does send it for them will get the same punishment
12. Signature rules are: 350 pixels in width by 400 pixels in height. Max of 2 big images(within the size restrictions) and no more than 3 total images, even if they are small

If you break these rules at any time you could find yourself in jail, with a fine, a ban, or deletion of your account.

In-game rules for staff

1. Staff will always treat players and other staff members with respect
2. Staff must not edit any players account unless they have a valid reason
3. Staff cannot give any game help to anyone
4. Staff will give a valid reason for deleting a player
5. Staff are allowed to delete or edit any messages on the forum
6. Staff are not allowed to edit these rules at all and on doing so they will get their rank removed

Gang rules

1. No spamming of advertisements to apply for your gang
2. No spamming other gangs with current relation news
3. Gangs cannot be used as a middle man for multi accounts
4. The original gang owner cannot be removed
5. The gang staff must uphold the forum rules above in their gang forum's
