User Agreements

We may change this Agreement at any time in our sole discretion. Any changes made will be apparent and communicated to you when you log into your Account. Such changes will be effective whenever we feel like making them shown, ready for your to review.

Accounts are available to everybody over the age of 18 or, if you are under the age of 18 then with your parent(s) or guardian(s) consent of the registration, however this means that they will take full responsibility for all obligations under this Agreement. Your account must stay under your control at all times, you are not allowed to transfer ownership or share your Account with anyone, except that if you are a parent or guardian, you may allow one child to use the Account instead of you (which means you cannot use the Account yourself). You are liable for all activities conducted through the Account, and parents or guardians are liable for the activities of their child.

To play the game, you must first register on our sign-up page for an Account and secondly have access to an Internet connection. If you purchase any VIP packages in the duration of your time with us, then you agree that the service given is satisfactory and that you will not be given your money back after you leave. You must also understand that we can update or enhance the game at any time without any consent on your part.

During the registration process you will be sent a randomly generated password. You may not disclose your password to any third party. We will never ask you for your password by telephone or E-mail, and you should not disclose it this way if you are asked to. We provide a "remember me" feature that will store your account information on your computer; however your password will be encrypted whereas your email address will not.

By accepting the terms of this Agreement we hereby grant you a non-exclusive license to use the features and content in the site to play the game via an authorised Account. We do not give you permission to copy, distribute, rent, lease, loan, modify, or create derivative works, adapt, translate, perform, display, sublicense or transfer any content within the game. You may not copy any of the written materials accompanying the game.

We withhold the right to terminate this Agreement (including your Account) immediately and without notice or reason if you breach this Agreement or, repeatedly infringe any third party intellectual property rights or, if you are unable to verify or authenticate any information that you have provided to us. We may also terminate your account if you are unable to follow the game rules that are set to maintain order within the game, and on breaking these rules we reserve the right to delete your Account. If we terminate this Agreement under these circumstances, you will lose access to your Account.

All data stored on our servers and databases are considered property of Gangta.com, and we may alter such data at any time without your consent.

You may not use any 3rd party software that allows you to do anything more than what a basic web browser can do. This includes causing extremely high loads on our host, using automated scripts to perform tasks for you, or using a program to manipulate the game. You must only access your Account through the provided Login system using a standard web-browser or wap browser.

To obtain an Account you will be required to choose a username, and while we encourage you to use a pseudonym, especially if you are under the age of 18, you cannot pick a name that violates anyone's trademarks, publicity rights, other proprietary rights or names that mimic staff ranks or are found to be insulting. We will determine whether a name is unsuitable on viewing it and reserve the right to change it at any time to something more suitable.

We cannot ensure 100% that the game will be continious, error-free or secure but we do everything in our power to keep the game up and your Account secure. However we cannot guarantee that you will be able to access your Account whenever you want as there may be problems beyond our reasonable control.

We cannot guarantee that your private communications and other personally identifiable information will not be disclosed to third parties. For example, we may be forced to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access private communications. You agree that we may communicate with you via E-mail and any similar technology for any purpose relating to the game and any future services or software that we may provide.

You shall comply with all applicable laws regarding your access to your Account and your playing of the game.
