Energy is probably the most important attribute for your character. Nearly everything that your character does involves energy. Here is a small list of some of the things energy is used for:

How can I regain Energy or get more energy?
The question asked by many new players. As in real life you regain energy by resting, so on Gangta all you have to do is wait for your energy to regenerate. This will happen over time and can be a slow process. If you feel like your energy is going up very slowly it may be because your Spirit isn't as high as it could be. To get the most energy your spirit must be on Very High.
To increase your spirit you will have to visit other peoples nightclubs. Visit the Nightclub page to find out more about howto properly use a Nightclub. The other great thing about Nightclub's as well as increasing your Spirit is that you get Energy aswell when you use the drugs.

I still want to get more Energy!
Ok, if you have used the above methods to get Energy and still are unsatisfied then the only option left is to purchase VIP as this allows you to gain 50% more energy each day. This means you can increase your respect, stats or anything else 50% quicker than other players! The best thing is that purchasing VIP also gives you other benefits aswell.
