Respect

As a gangster you need to be well respected. You can gain respect in many ways, here are a few methods that you should consider:

• Successful robberies (increase your attributes)
• Street fighting (gain experience and ultimately higher levels)
• Stealing cars (gain experience to increase level)

Respect is your total score within the game and can be used to show an indication of success.

Respect is a calculation of all your attributes Strength, Intelligence, Charm and Concerntration all averaged out. Also by gaining a level through experience you will gain a certain amount of respect. Your respect will also slightly increase with the number of robberies you have performed since the start of the round.

Generally people with a higher respect know more about the game and have been playing for a longer period of time. This means that they should be able to answer your questions if you happen to get stuck. A Gang is a perfect way to get help from the high respected members.

Ultimately respect determines the winners at the end of each round. All of your character information will be reset at the end of a round and everyone will start off with the same amount of respect again to give everyone an equal chance of winning the round.
